CANCELLATION POLICY

Shine On Skincare – Cancellation Policy At Shine On Skincare, your time is valued and reserved just for you. To provide the best service to all of our clients, please review our cancellation policy below: 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply. Deposits (if applicable) Any deposits made toward appointments are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
